Marcia Ramsey’s real estate career began in 1994 as a Realtor Associate with Prudential and later as a broker associate with RE/MAX.

While still a rookie, she was a Top Producer, and her exceptional quality service to her clients earned her a high percentage of referral business by the end of her third year. This loyalty continued throughout her career.

Marcia later moved into management positions, where she held the positions of Vice President of Sales and was a Broker in Charge for RE/MAX in Florence SC.

In 2001 Marcia took the opportunity to pursue certification as a State Licensed real estate Instructor. She currently holds certification to teach all levels of licensure and continued education.

She has served on the Board of Directors for the REALTOR Association of the Greater Pee Dee (RAGPD) during 2001 through 2005. With RAGPD, she has also served as the Education Committee Co-Chair in 2004/2005; the Equal Housing Opportunity Committee Chairperson in 2004/2005; and was elected to represent Region IV - REALTOR Education Foundation Board in 2005.

She now is the Director of Education for Coldwell Banker United, Realtors®; the #1 company in sales transactions among 1,258 independently owned and operated Coldwell Banker® companies worldwide.
