Jennifer negotiated with the Sellers to pay this increase ($1,200.00 back to us) for this year. After the closing Jennifer took us shopping to find stools for the counter of the kitchen. This enabled us to have a place to sit in our new home. It also allowed us to move out of the hotel and enjoy the condo for a few days before returning to Alpharetta. We love our new place so much that we wanted the Sandlapper Real Estate Company to know what a wonderful job Jennifer did for us.
